Invite a new user

Users can be invited from the User management page, accessed from Settings.

Select Create user and complete the form.

Email address

The assigned email will be used for login purposes and is also the address that the account creation email will be sent to.

New users will need to accept the email invitation before being able to use the platform.

Role

Assign each user a role. The role assigned will determine which features and functionality the user will be allowed to access. Read about roles and permissions.

Edit a user

User details can be edited by Admins via the profile page. This can be accessed from the User management page in settings Settings.

Users can manage their own profile from Settings in the main navigation. They are able to view and edit personal details, reset their password and 2FA, and view their API credentials and devices.

Block a user

To block a user, an admin must navigate to the users profile and the Control access tab.
